Tonight I discovered that . . .

. . . despite my extreme distaste of fried oysters (OK, truth -- I hate them), charbroiled oysters are really quite yummy. Fortunately, they are too expensive to make them a habit.

Yummy! I really like oysters, especially the broiled kind with yummy stuff on top! You have the opportunity for so much awesome seafood down there! I don't mind crawfish . . crayfish (not sure what you call 'em), but I REFUSE to suck heads--very big ICK on that!
